Oswego County man given up to 15 years in prison for killing wife who worked two jobs to support him
A town of Oswego man was sentenced to 6.5 to 15 years in prison for strangling his wife in their bedroom, Oswego County District Attorney Greg Oakes said Wednesday.
Oswego issues travel advisory, SUNY Oswego cancels afternoon classes
Mayor Thomas Gillen issued the advisory effective at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday "due to heavy snow accumulation and white-out conditions in our immediate area".
