Ossian, Ia. - Authorities say a Fayette man died after he was pinned by a small bulldozer that he was working on at a construction equipment company in Ossian.

Officials say 60-year-old Patrick O'Shaughnessy was working on the bulldozer on Monday at Reilly Construction when it apparently slipped off the jacks, pinning him.
