Fonner confesses to 4 Darke County break-ins
On Sunday, Detectives from Darke County traveled to Mercer County to interview Douglas N. Fonner, 27, Mendon, Ohio.
Damages est. $700-800K in Mercer Co. barn fire
Fire losses could reach $800,000 in a Saturday evening barn fire in Mercer County near the Darke County line, said Osgood Fire Chief Frank Miller.
83,000 chickens killed in Versailles barn fire
Authorities estimate that about 83,000 chickens died in a barn fire at an egg farm in Versailles.
Partial Outage Of Darke Co. 911 System
The Darke County Sheriff's Office is experiencing a partial outage of its 911 system within three areas of the Northeastern portion of the County due to a wire cut on the Frontier Phone System: Osgood, North Star and Yorkshire.
