Shoplifter sought after fleeing in parking lot
Elk River police are investigating a shoplifting case that occurred about 1:30 p.m. at Wal-Mart on May 8.A A woman left the store with about $180 worth of merchandise, and fled after a loss prevention officer approached her in the parking lot.
