4 teens charged in Rush Township break-in
Four teenagers -- one of whom is pregnant -- used two-way radios to communicate during a Sunday night break-in at Hometown Farmers Market in Rush Township, police say. They are accused of trying to take hundreds of DVDs and other merchandise.
Police say the radios even helped two of the teens briefly elude capture when the other teens, sitting in a car outside the market, warned the pair inside that officers were coming.
But all four were arrested in nearby Mahanoy City after police found numerous items stashed in duffel bags in the market and broadcast a description of the getaway car. Read more
