Two people at an Ionia County farm are out of jail tonight as the DEQ wraps up it's investigation into hazardous materials being kept on the property.

An owner of Gallagher's Farm Service in Orleans Township and another person were arrested Thursday on the same day state and federal environmental investigators allegedly found evidence of illegally stored hazardous substances on the farm.

Federal and state agencies are excavating a farm in Ionia County after they got a tip that hazardous chemicals were buried on the property.
