Colorado regulators have slashed a fine over violations at four Delta County oil and gas wells after the company said they were unaware of a hearing and contended the fines were unfair.

The two victims killed in a fiery crash in Hotchkiss Friday, have been identified.

Survivors include her husband, Alan; three sons, Ian, Nathan and Mark, all of the home; one stepdaughter, Tiara Downey of Grand Junction; her parents, Roy and Myrneta Schroeder of Orchard City; two brothers, Mel Schroeder of Montrose and Larry Schroeder of Orchard City; and one sister, Emma Holiman of Orchard City.

A Ouray County is introducing a prescription discount card program to help consumers cope with the high price of prescriptions, thanks to a program sponsored by the National Association of Counties.

Changes are underway for Colorado wineries and breweries when it comes to the type of alcohol they're allowed to serve.
