If you can't remember if your state has a lottery...short term memory loss...seek medical help.
Finally, "Luck is where preparation meets opportunity"...this thought ideally applies to finding the little girl.
Finding the little girl? You didnt read the whole article did you? And there is no such thing as luck. Nothing is by accidend for all things have purpose. There for it is unfortunate this has happened. But fortunately we will know the truth very soon. And that will have nothing to do with being lucky.

yes, i have problems. Would you like to hear them all? One problem is, i cant seem to hit the lottery. Oh, wait. My state doesnt have a lottery. Might be why. And if one day, the media doesnt have much to talk about, would that mean nothing bad happened? I guess we will never know. But yes. In my opinion the family, especially those kids, know what happened. I kept an open mind until i realized the sheriff was only interested in boosting his fame and recognition. No, you dont have a serial killer. You have a domestic situation. Keep watching and see what im telling you. I think richard was right. The kids threw her stuff in a dumpster because the are mean as hell and it was them that walked ahead.
I know, then why didnt they find her stuff in the dump beside her? Because the odds of that is slim to none when she was dumped at a first location and then scooped up from a pile and dumpef at another location. And if they were looking through the trash as they were and knew about her pink bag and lunch box then why was it not spotted? Thats like a needle and a hay stack. They were lucky to find her.
Have you thought that perhaps the Sheriff is using television and other forms of media to reach a wide audience? And the more people he reaches, then maybe the greater the chance this person(s) will be brought to justice? If he sat quietly and never got the word out about this crime, would you be critical of him then too?

Didn't officials say they know the cause of death (they just aren't releasing that information to the public)? So if it were an accident, don't you think they would know that? But they stated they know the cause, and that they are looking for someone.

I don't believe the accidental theory. And I don't think we should let our guard down by chalking this up to an accident.

if i really beieved the sheriff was on the up with the news media then i would have stated so. Why hold info like her stuff missing and release it on AMW when you have had Nancy Grace from the start. This wad obviously held back just so the show would get boosed ratings in a high profile case by having info no one else had. That is the point where i lost respect and realized they may be in it more for the show and not the truth. So yes, i really do believe this is a manslaughter case and not a murder case. I believe those kids and that scuffle should be investigated more. I really think that they threw her stuff in a dumpster and walked ahead of her not behind and that she jumped in the dumpster to get her things. They said she was often picked on. Kids dont know the danger of dumpster diving and im sure they have done so before.
That is where i stand. I really think the police are chasing their tails if they dont go from that angle. But they would have to prove that theory more now that they committed themselves to some sicko.

I'm not willing to guess the circumstanes of her death but I do agree that the focus is on the media instead of solving the crime since he waited to release it in that show.

Does any one on here know how the child was killed? Does anyone know why? Does anyone know anything other that they are still searching? What are they going to keep it from everyone who was so involved at her death? Has this case not got enough t.v.? What is the deal? Are they doing anything? What is up with the 9 year old being killed by a 15 year old? what happened to that case?

The police have made it clear that they are not going to release all info they have.
The police know how the little girl lost her life but they choose not to release that info a this point...that position should be good enough for everyone that's not immediate family.

The problem was they held the information they did release for an entertainment program instead of doing so immediately in one of the many news conferences.

That's what I read here but has this been reported by any of the local networks as a problem or is this just people talking on this thread?
I don't know but I find it hard to believe that they would do that but if so, did they release anything of real importance that would help anyone find her?
Maybe it was token information for American Most Wanted to promote their show?
I just think that some are taking this too far and the important thing is to find the killer. I saw the additional info that was released and it sure didn't help me.

the problem i have is that it would now seem possible for her death to be a cause of almost any reason and if they are out for recognition and ratings then their professional judgements are clouded. If any significant politicalblunders are created out of this then will they go to the end of the earth to hide their misteaks and hope all will just wonder what ever happened. Or will they hide their misteaks by finding a scape goat to satisfy the puplics desire for a so called act of justic. Therfore making an easy way out because it was harder to prove the accident theory after first opening a big mouth to a child killer on the loose, before her whole body was even viewable.

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Sagittarius

Moodiness is never far away today, making you over-react to problems and giving you a tendency to take out your feelings on your nearest and dearest. If someone asks you what's really wrong, you'll struggle to explain and may even have to give up because you can't put it into words. It's like an itch that you can't scratch, and you don't know where it stems from or what it means.
