Sue a restraining order?????? you friggin idiot.
This statement has out dumbazzed everybody......
Interesting enough, the federal government lost their lawsuit against the defendants, a machine gun and many bullets, in that case and they were returned to their rightfull owners. Talk about your "frivolous" lawsuit filers:

http://www.constitution.org/2ll/bardwell/us_v...

The defendants, therefore, are not subject to forfeiture
under Title 18 U.S.C., section 924 or Title 26 U.S.C., section
5872. Thus, the United States is not entitled to a judgment of
forfeiture.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Judgment be and the same is entered
in favor of the claimant and against the United States.

It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the claimant is
entitled to the return of his property. The United States shall
return the machine gun and ammunition to the claimant within 20
days of the filing of this Order.

It's a funny thing, Richard. I don't even need to turn the TV on to realize kids don't snatch themselves off the street, kill themselves and then dump their own bodies in a landfill. Yeah, I must be simple like that.
Kids aren't that good at watching themselves, either. Therefore, I find for the plaintiff, the state, in the negligent homicide case against the parents of such children.

look up on youtube for the following news interview with somers mom and tell me what you think,
Mom of mudered 7 year old seeks justice
i really do not like the way she apears on camera. Now she has an attorney sitting with her. But listen to an important statement she makes about they way she pictures somers apearance. Its like she is trying to sway the public in a different direction.

http://www.hulu.com/watch/108707/nbc-today-sh... makes the appearance of crying but no tears. i hate to think that the Mother has knowledge of what has happened. i know that people grieve differently , but isn't she getting on the t.v shows too much? I am not sure that Somer was molested. i think that would have been out there from the start. and like one poster stated when she went through the trash compactor. who could tell if she had been beaten or what happened. Who is to say, did Somer arrive home and then something happen? just a thought. I think the investigators have no idea what happened to Somer.

How do we even know she went through a trash compactor just because she was found at the dump? We don't know anything except two items are missing, she fought with other children including her sibling that day and ran ahead of the others to go home where I think they said the mom's boyfriend was waiting.

Then the mom left work early after either she called home or someone called her and after she said she hunted for the child a while she then flagged down a passing cop?

That is all we know other than the mom's behavior seems odd alog with a focus on being sure to thank people for the money they are donating.

You're an idiot. There is no reason the child should not have been safe walking a short distance with a group of friends whether it was to school or a friends house.. This is the fault of whatever criminal did it not the innocent.

I see you are one of those anti-government patriots. Chain the mother to the stove so she stays home with the kids and home school 'em too. What a dumbass jerkoff.

this is an automatic assumption due to the fact that in a news video it shows trucks entering the dump equipped with compactors. Besides, i dont see too many non compactor trucks in a city anymore. And it was two damn trucks that she went through and if both were equipped with compactors then she couldnt have been in very good condition. Would sure explain the closed casket.
A new clue before i forget, good morning amercas cut video says that her pink lunch box was actually inside of her pink bag when she last had it. So you are looking for a bigger needle in a hay stack and i bet it was brought to the dump with her and separated after the transfer location.

I understand that but we have not ben told that and the video was not of the truck that dumped her body. The film clips used by news are not of actual events. People can not seem to distinquish that anymore.

They have not told us that they have narrowed it down from the trash surrounding her even if she was found in the middle of construction debris, mcdonalds wrappers or private mail and garbage from a home. They have not told us anything that we can draw absolute conclusions from including if she arrived at the dump in a city garbage truck.

She wasn't walking with friends because;

a) they would have seen what happened to her,

or,

b) they would have been in the landfill too.

I'm an anti government patriot because the federal government was wrong and lost a civil suit and had to return a man's property?

Heck, think of all the money that was wasted by the federal government in that case, money that could have went to keeping police officers or children safe.

Damn! Everyone gave up. They are chasing shadows out there. One tip led them to england. Somebody bring ol' Jack The Ripper back? Still think the answers are closer to home. But whatever keeps those sexoffenders in the spotlight. I dont understand why they are so gung ho about it being a sexual preditor when they were so quick to rule them out.

Plus they have never said if she was molested which makes me think she wasn't or why would they not say so?

FBI stats say 50% of children killed in her age group are killed by other minors. She had a fight at school then fought with her older siblinging on the way home and that is who saw her last. Mom goes home and is out xdriving around looking for her then flags down a passing cop?

Something is wrong here.

I can only assume LEO will release the information they can as they can. They have a tough job but, so far, I believe they've done an excellent job on this case. They found the little girl quickly, so I have every reason to believe they're on top of this investigation.

I don't agree at all. The biggest mistake imo was waiting to release the clue about her missing bags until the television program when they had many local news conferences and opportunity to do so in a timely fashion. There is no excuse for that type of media pandering.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Gemini

Mercury will backtrack through your finances over the next few weeks, which isn't a very seasonal thought if you're already well aware that you've overspent this month. Be prepared to do some juggling or to seek expert advice if you're worried about how you're going to cope. You may be kept busy handling inheritance, tax or insurance matters, preparing investment analysis, and allocating funds for the repayment or collection of debts.
