Sex Offender Worked on Renovation at Gano House

Well, if he was legally registered an abiding by the laws then he should be one of those that were cleared. Doesnt mean much either way but it could if he was there at the time she disapeared. Lets say it was him, so he lures her where? In the house? Or in his car if he had one? In the house poses a problem of getting caught when the search began. When would he dispose of her? Put yourself in the box. You would think everyone was watching you so it would be a bold move to dump her that close to the search. But in a car or even company vehicle would quickly get the crime moved to a more secluded area. And a company truck would blend in better if you were to pull up to a dumpster and offload you industrial garbage. So, if this is true then it would make more sense as to a peditor who slaked her from the shadows of the house and plan his move until such a time he made is move while she was alone and able to lure her in. But he would have had to be at the house alone. And very sure no one was to aproach. And that is just was happened just hours later because news areticles say there was a flier on the door of the house when she was missing.
I would certainly check him out in the upmost detail before letting him go.

I still feel this was the result of some bizar freek accident that put her in a dumpster before they knew she was missing. Just hope some poor sap doesnt go down because a prosecuter needs to ease the minds of the public and strengthen his cause in the process. But the system works. Right? Not!

i called the crimestopper line to report a sexual preator,that had just been released on 9/26/09 or 10/03/09 for serving 15 years for raping and hurting a 14 yr old girl(wen i ask how (wen i ask what meant how hed hurt her he didnt answer that)hed been released from south carolina took a bus to greenville fla ,to stay with this guy that comes into my bar(thats how i meet him and he told me his story in those 2 days)he said he gotten released went to some ga,town they wouldnt take him cause he had to regeister with the police dept so he came to green ville now greenville wont take him that he was gonna go stay that next morning to jacksonville see if he could get them to take him ,he said hed previsouly lived there hed made the statement something to the effect that if they did not take him he could reoffend then hed have a home again,(of course i paid no mind to that comment at that time)but if he was or is in the jax area i reported it so they could run his name and priors and get a location if hes resgestred with the police,if not hed be in violation by now thats over 3 to 4 weeks ago; but he would have no car and he would of had to dispose of the body whereever hed commented the crime considering that,and hes a sex offender agaisnt little girls,hes suppose to be resgristerd so im putting his name and discrption on here;robert doll hes probely 45-52 years old hes 5'6 around 220 lbs wears glasses black framed at top of glasses/ silver at bottom,he had balding dark hair;;ive pulled up list of sexual pretadors cant find his name there maybe thats not his true name after all he was telling a bartender his story;;well i hope i dont get into trouble but the laws shoukld be if they let someone like that out we all should get a alert that hes out in population in what ever area hes released to WHY NOT MAKE THAT A LAW START PUTTING OFFENDER ALERTS OUT TO THE AREA THE SICK BASTARTS R RELEASED TO LEAST THAT WOULD PUT THE COMMUITY ON NOTICE OF SUCH PERFRETS

There's too many laws on the books now. Why not simply make it a law that if a parent allows it's child to become molested by another person, the parent loses custody and goes to prison with the molestor for negligence?

Richard, A concerned parent called crime stoppers because a registered sex offender said he could re-offend and he would have a home again. I have a five year old and would owe that concerned parent my life if that call to crime stoppers they made was the one that prevented my child from being hurt. It's called crimestoppers for a reason.

Do you really believe this or are you again being sarcastic? Why would anyone sue a non-profit organization like crime stoppers? The Girl Scouts guarantee they have a cookie for everyone's liking but I have yet to find one that I like. However I would not sue them for false advertisement!

I think you are just looking for a reason to disagree. there is no warranty on anything in this life , i do not think the name" Crime stoppers" implies anything only, the name of a organization. therefore they cannot get SUED for anything.

??? That statement you made is simply not true, many things have a warranty or guarantee. However, in regards to police or government protection of individuals, the only time there is a warranty or guarantee, is when the person is owed a special duty or there is a contract between the individual and police as in the case of witness protection programs.

You really have to look at ones prior case to determine if they are a real risk. But for him to say he could just reoffend and get room and board is stupid but partly understandable. they already will do that richie. If a mother or such can be proven to have had knowledge then they will go after her to. If a cop lets an offender slide and can be proven to be contributed to such crime, then they take him down too. But if their case is week then they will threaten the mother as accessory unless she complies. Hell, they will do that to a parrent who let their teen daughter date an older man.
