The state Department of Transportation is reporting long delays on I-95 SB. In fact, DOT the backup stretches 26.8 miles from Exit 30 in Stratford down to Exit 5 in Stamford/Darien. NB I-95 traffic slows near Exit 41 in Orange and then it's a slow crawl 5.6 miles through Long Wharf in New Haven.

Woman Charged With Criminal Impersonation at Orange Restaurant
Orange police were called to Puerto Vallarta Restaurant, 377 Boston Post Road on a complaint of possible counterfeit money May 9 at 12:06 a.m. While investigating that case, officers met with Nicole Phelan, 20, of 157 Cedar Hill Ave, New Haven, who provided them with a state ID card that belonged to someone else as her identification.
