Green waste collection available in Oneonta

From 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, the Oneonta Environmental Board will open the green-waste site on Silas Lane near the MOSA transfer station for city residents to drop off leaves and grass clippings, loose or in bags, as well as small branches.
