Judge it!
Has anyone noticed that travel is way down due to high gasoline and high airfare prices?
Add high taxes to the hotel fees and you won't have any tourists to fill and pay for the new stadium pretty soon.

Hotel Managers Support Stadium Tax
“The Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau is making great progress promoting the city with very a limited budget, we will support an increase in the hotel tax and the additional revenue for the OCVB.”
The Metropolitan Hospitality Association, an organization of hotel-motel managers, will support a hotel tax increase to help finance the new downtown baseball stadium. via Action 3 News
