ALLIANCE-BASED WESTCO AND C-H-S OUT OF ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA HAVE PURCHASED THE FEED MILL, WHICH WILL BE OPERATED UNDER THE WESTERN FEED NAMEPLATE.
