Olyphant cops nab three for car break-ins
Police filed theft and other charges against Santos L. Reid, 28, of 1302 S. Prospect Ave., Scranton; Bishme J. Rodriguez, 23, 823 Quincy Ave., Scranton; and Michael Capraiata, no age available, 243 116th St., New York, N.Y. The men stole a $300 microphone, three shotgun shells and business cards from the cars, according to an arrest affidavit.
