One of the winners of the Nobel economics prize grew up in northern Wisconsin. Americans Elinor Ostrom and Oliver Williamson won the honor Monday in Stockholm, Sweden, for their analyses of economic governance - the rules by which people exercise authority in companies and economic systems.
