Bolling, 39, a former Anderson County commissioner who served as Oliver Springs city manager for five years and ran for Anderson County mayor in 2010, has been hired as the new Kingston city manager.

Three finalists for city manager will be interviewed Friday, and City Council may make a job offer that afternoon, Mayor Troy Beets said.
