Edmond man charged in slaying of 'Bicycle Bob'

OKLAHOMA CITY a ' A 20-year-old Edmond man has been charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of a well-known homeless man known as "Bicycle Bob." Oklahoma County prosecutors on Wednesday charged Travis Monroe Jim in the Oct.
