Court Hearing Underway for Oklahoma City Pharmacist in Killing

A Oklahoma County District Court judge will decide at a preliminary hearing whether a pharmacist should stand trial for gunning down a 16-year-old boy during a drugstore robbery.

Thieving punk got what he deserved when he went into the pharmacy with an armed accomplice with the intent to commit armed robbery or worse. Too bad the young man didn't realize that when you surround yourself with armed people with the intent to commit major crimes - you just might get dealt with by someone who is willing to defend himself and others - If I was on the jury, I wouldn't convict the pharmacist...

are you for real...everybody makes mistakes in there life some people mistakes or lite n some or heavy but should thats cost somebody life...tha first shot was alright because speedy(tha Boys) try to rob him but tha next four shots are not calls for but run in call the police...if thats was your kids would you be saying tha same thing....let me answer that NO
