Diner's Digest: Gingerbread house contest - and new eateries open
Nanik Oei, an owner of Papa's Pastry Shop in Wilmington, won the professional category of Delaware Technical Community College's third annual gingerbread house competition, sponsored by the school's culinary arts department.
