Nearly all homes that applied will receive funding. By CHRISTINIA CRIPPES ccrippes@thehawkeye.com The words "buyout" and "approved" have seemed unlikely to be united in a sentence and followed by real funding, since shortly after the levees gave way in the spring of 2008, in what has since been named one of the top five worst disasters.
