It's been 150 years: Gordon County gears up for Civil War sesquicentennial
As the United States begins to celebrate the Sesquicentennial anniversary of the start of the Civil War, Gordon County will remember its own unique history in the "War Between the States." Over the next four years , the 150th anniversary of the Civil War will be remembered throughout the eastern United States.
