Oakdale to sell land to townhouse developer

Oakdale council voted 5-0 last night to sell 2 acres to a townhouse developer for $90,000. Washington County developer Sam Anderson of DKH Properties plans to build several townhouse buildings, containing 25 units, on the lot at the corner of Clef Drive and Clinton Avenue, council President Ron Gamble said.
