And people keep giving him money and fame.

What has he done to help the community lately?

Helping himself is what folks like him do best!

I have years of experience in the Automotive Industry and we all know that if GMAC takes the proceeds from the sale to satisfy the debt against the new vehicle sold and Hecker's dealership keeps the trade-in for resale, it would be correct that the dealership would payoff the customer's loan on the vehicle traded.

Hecker's dealerships would then own the trade-in and then sell it to another customer. I wonder just how many of the trades that were not paid off were then sold. It would then happen again because a customer purchased a used car without a clear title.

Denny, Denny, Denny........or, Deny, Deny, Deny,

The two words are only one letter difference.

Well, we've never done this before. But seeing as it's special circumstances and all, he says I can knock a hundred dollars off that Trucoat.

All GMAC has to do is produce their cancelled checks. That should pretty well ice Denny's birthday cake! Happy 57th, Denny!!!! Have you opened the jumpsuit and handcuffs yet? Wait until the IRS gets into his files!!!!

Hmmm...Perhaps brings a little clarity to the 6 month tussle we had between the lender on our lease and the dealership. The lender insisted we owed them because the car had been turned into them or purchased. And we insisted the IGH Toyota fix the issue/find the car/pay the fees.

I was warned years ago to stay away from anything Denny Hecker had his hands in because if it goes south it will always be your fault. I guess it was true, well, unless Chrysler, GMAC, IRS, State Patrol, and thousands of car buyers are really wrong and Denny got a raw deal... hahahahahahahaha

Is there anyone out there who doesnt want to see this clown go to prison for a very long time?

denny is looking at some hard time. guessing they're going after this as interstate commerce so pretty sure we're talking the feds (for some charges). pretty much unlimited resources, and you serve your time in federal prison even if it's a boy scout camp.

@Warranty
anyone with a new vehicle with a warranty should be fine... the warranty is through GM not the specific dealer. you bring your warranty work into another GM dealer and they get paid by GM the same as if it was the dealer you bought it from. same goes for anyone who purchased a vehicle from a dealer that was downsized... just have to go to another dealer authorized to do warranty repairs as I understand it.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Virgo

If you've got an important task to accomplish, this is the time to do it. A Libra Moon ensures that you're level headed, focused and unmoved by the behaviour of others for the next day or so. Don't put any undue pressure on yourself, Virgo: if you don't get it right the first time, you know there'll be another chance. The pessimistic people that you are likely to encounter today need your logic and positive input.
