Oak Island marina project wins approval

how STUPID. I know that they are wanting to clean everything up, I can understand that completely.

WHen they decided on this, did they ever look to the left?? To the other side of the bridge that was meant to be luxurious but is still a DUMP.... and people want $1600 a month for those lousy condos.

Sounds like another failure to me....
