Boy Accidentally Strangles Self In Venetian Blinds

OAK FOREST, Ill. A 3-year-old Oak Forest boy apparently strangled himself accidentally when he became caught in a cord attached to window blinds at his home Tuesday evening, authorities said. via Cbs2chicago.com
