Notus fails to pass school levies, a first for the district
NOTUS, Idaho -- The Notus School District had two levies up for vote Tuesday, and both failed.

Boise, Meridian Districts Pass School Levies
With voter turnout at close to 30 percent, residents of the Boise Independent School District gave a passing grade to a five-year, $70 million levy Tuesday night, which suporters said was critical to maintain class sizes in the state's second-largest district.
Two crashes on I-84 slow the morning commute
Those involved in one crash were: Joseph Caufield, 31, of Caldwell, who was driving a 2005 Suzuki Forenza, and Darla Gerla, 26 of Notus, who was driving a 2004 Dodge Stratus.
