Man with $145,000 in tickets among those arrested at DUI checkpoints in Bellflower, Norwalk

Sheriff's traffic enforcement deputies arrested eight Bellflower drivers during a recent traffic checkpoint, and they also made seven arrests in Norwalk, including a driver who had $145,000 in tickets, authorities announced this week.
