A North Salem, N.Y., man was injured when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed Monday afternoon on Route 7. State police said Michael Gress, 45, was riding north about 3:40 p.m., when he lost control on a curve near Saddle Ridge Road, crossed the center line and put the bike down on its side.
