Rains dampen business at bike rally

“By 10:00 a.m. it was flooded all over the place. We were really freaking out”

Vendors set up in the Colonial Mall parking lot in North Myrtle Beach say the Sunday morning rain hurt business but are remaining positive. via WPDE
