- NYFL Commercial Holdings LLC purchased Palm Professional Terrace, a 30,019-square-foot retail/office building at 7001-11-51 Cypress Terrace, Fort Myers , with U.S. 41 frontage that includes a 0.7-acre outparcel from Bank of Florida SW for $2,250,000. Chase Mayhugh of Mayhugh Realty represented the buyer and Michael Frye, CCIM, of the Frye Commercial Group at RE/MAX Realty Group Commercial Division, represented the seller. - Hope Hospice & Community Services Inc. purchased a 10-acre site at 1810 Savona Parkway, Cape Coral , from OB Savona LLC for $1.5 million to construct a 50,000-square-foot Hospice House. Paul Sands and Michael Doyle, CCIM, of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction. - Lamar LLC has signed a long-term lease for 6,535 square feet of industrial flex space in the International Business Center at 13881 Plantation Road, Fort Myers. The landlord is International Flex Associates LLC. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial represented the tenant and Matt Price of McGarvey Development represented the landlord. - Advanced Hurricane Technology Inc. leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space from 2385 Trade Center Way LLC at 2385 Trade Center Way, Naples . Christine Martin of Investment Properties Corp. negotiated this transaction. - SW Florida Building Group leased 5,880 square feet at Jetport Commerce Park, 13881 Treeline Ave., Fort Myers. Cheryl Maymon of CAM Realty handled the transaction. - Danner Inc. leased 5,100 square feet of warehouse space at 2760 Braman Ave., Fort Myers, from Moreno Palm LLC. Paul Sands of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction. - Green Exteriors LLC leased 5,100 square feet of warehouse space at 2760 Braman Ave., Fort Myers, from Moreno Palm LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction. - Florida Fasteners Direct Inc. leased 4,691 square feet of industrial space from Byron W. Trerice, Jr. Trust at 1440 Rail Head Blvd., Unit 3, Naples. Christine Martin of Investment Properties Corp. negotiated this transaction. - Suzie Q's Quilts leased 3,200 square feet at Weaver's Corner Shopping Center in North Fort Myers. Dan Miller of Re/Max represented the tenant and Cheryl Maymon of CAM Realty represented the landlord, Blava Inc. - Alico Automotive Inc. leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 17051 Jean St., Fort Myers, from Chason Investments, LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction. - Buffalo Wheelchair Inc., dba Fort Oxygen leased 1,942 square feet of industrial flex space at 6360 Corporate Park Circle, Fort Myers, from Moorestown LLC. Paul Sands and Tiffany Martin of VIP Commercial negotiated the transaction. - Breeze Linens Inc. leased 1,780 square feet for a five-year term at Metro Commerce Center, 11220 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers. Breeze Linens supplies linens to the hospitality industry. Todd Holman of Woodyard & Associates represented the landlord and Brad Welborn, CCIM, with RE/MAX Realty Group represented the tenant.
