State confirms oyster illnesses
The state Department of Public Health reconfirmed Wednesday that the agency was notified by two Boston doctors and one in Connecticut that patients were believed to have become ill from Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteria in oysters eaten last year in Wellfleet.
