Harrison church reopens after fire
The United Parish Congregational Church of Harrison and North Bridgton reopened on Easter Sunday for its first service following a fire last September that heavily damaged parts of the Main Street building.

Parishioners temporarily forced out of their Main Street church following a Labor Day weekend fire last year will be worshiping there on Easter Sunday.
Emmanuel College in Boston recently announced the recipients of Dean's List awards for the fall 2012 semester, which included local student Anthony R. Marcella of North Bridgton.
