NORTH BRANCH - A 28-year-old Rush City man is in jail accused of fleeing cops on a stolen ATV.
The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Tuesday, May 22, and 7 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office: Mark Beyer, 29, of North Branch, transferred from Faribault's Minnesota Department of Corrections facility on burglary charges.
