Trooper Uhl of the Coudersport PSP reports that between 11-23-11 and 4-13-12 unknown actors gained entry into a seasonal camp, 3 Bear Camp, located on Bark Shanty Road in Keating Twp., Potter County, belonging to Clair Held of North Apollo, PA.
