A program of music and prayers commemorating Yom HaShoah is Thursday April 19, sponsored by Jewish Federation of Cumberland, Gloucester & Salem Counties.

Since the end of December, the Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders, along with Emergency Services officials, have been working to raise money to fund the first countywide ambulance service.

Mark Kutner, Secretary of the Alliance Cemetery Board, talks about the history of the cemetery which was founded in 1891.
