Groove Record Shop to return to Norfolk after 46 years

The Groove Record Shop is returning to downtown Norfolk after a 46-year hiatus. Paul Levine, whose parents owned the original Groove, plans to revive the store selling vinyl albums at 401 Granby St., at the foot of the under-construction apartment building at the corner of Freemason Street.
