Norfolk man who allegedly attempted to abduct child denies allegations

A convicted level II sex offender who was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child is denying his involvement in what police are calling an “attempted abduction.” John W. Michaud, 68, of 24 Hepburn St., Norfolk was charged Wednesday following an investigation into the complaint filed by the young girl's mother.
