Nixa Child Molestation Suspect's Computer Seized from Attorney's Office

Full story: KSPR

According to a search warrant filed in Greene County, investigators seized Michael K. Bensona s computer from the law offices of Dee Wampler and Joseph Passanise.

If possession is 9 tenths of the law then the lawyer in reality is in possession of child porn.
Especially if in fact someone had seen the contents first hand.
I could only assume the original processor could have been exchanged out to then in a case such as this be replaced back in.
That law firm should of never over stepped it's bounds when it came down to gathering evidence.
A lawyer/client relationship by law is protected not a computer/lawyer.
Bad mistake guys!

They need to be disbarred immediately. Until they figure this out, but looks like a pretty simple case of PERVERTS and child exploitation. Why do people insist on sexualizing their children? I have seen some things, like child pageants I just can't believe those children arent' being protected .......!That office and those attorneys involved are sick mfkrs.

HHMmmmmmm.lawyers eh??? Wampler is a strange one, wonder what he likes? Maybe to be impailed by a pervert killer??? No, too easy of a death.....death by courtroom??? His Karma is judging him by his own peers, and the other attorney, well you guys better watch your back.......do you like to play with pigs? You should be fed to them like the pigmeat you are. They are felons, or shortly will be and should be disbarred from the courts immediately.Watch yourself now,.........

There is some show on TV now ( I saw it flipping channels recently ) that show these lunatic mothers dragging their daughters to these things, dressing them up like little street-walkers and making them perform. One mother even said, "Every time I see her up on stage, I think of her as my little doll".

These women need professional help on a
' shrinks ' couch.

As they panned the audience, there were several old, fat men leering and grinning at the kids on stage as they performed.

Sick M'Fers ...all of them!

Who are we blaming here? The mother? for what? letting her little girl go to a birthday party? I don't see how this situation compares with "pagent moms" (who ARE nuts!)
Since this story first broke, I understand that there are more kids who are victims of his. Now there are also federal charges on this guy in addition to the state charges.
I don't believe there is a cure for people like him!
