It all started with a 911 call describing a black woman and a white man having rather explicit sex in a silver Mercedes on Radford Avenue near Ventura Boulevard. The call went out at 3:02 p.m. The first L.A. Police Department officer arrived at the scene at 3:04 p.m. According to the LAPD, he was in the neighborhood.
