Citing Numerous Errors, Judge Halts Mine Construction
Judge Robert Ruehlman issued his decision Thursday on a lawsuit filed by residents of Terrace Park, Indian Hill and Newtown, saying that any of the numerous errors he found in the zoning board's decision would have been sufficient to reverse their approval.
