Waiter blames Kevin Spacey for losing job

I think that if there is no smoking in restaurants you should not smoke. it's the law in some states
you should alway's go by the rules. I think that kevin spacey should apologize to the waiter. and the manager at the restarant. and smoke out side of the restaurant.
