Teens accused of robbing tractor service
Police say that while patrolling Tuesday, Officer J. Alexander saw what appeared to be a flashlight shining in the rear storage lot of Simmon's Tractor Service on West Railroad Boulevard in Newport at approximately 11:45. The business was the victim of numerous scrap metal thefts recently.
