Cumberland County Grand Jury indictments include illegal weapon possession

The following people were indicted by a Cumberland County Grand Jury last week: Tyrone M. Allen, 26, of Maurice Street, in Millville, for one count of third-degree unlawful possession of a weapon - an air gun - and one count of second-degree possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa announced that a Gloucester County man has pleaded guilty to possession of assault rifles and illegal ammunition magazines which were seized when the New Jersey State Police discovered a huge cache of weapons at his home in 2009.
