This piece of trash had several very serious criminal charges and convictions on his court record.
Why was he on the street and not in a jail cell? Because of some legal technicality or some soft on crime judge, a little girl is dead. Rehabilitation doesn't work on sex offenders. They need to be locked up permanently or executed. |

Early stories said she was aware of his history. It looks like there were MANY problems with this family. Who would date a registered sex offender? |

Has anyone heard why she was w/ the Aunt , not her Parents? I'm not trying to dis anyone other than the pervert! But what I don't understand is why no one noticed she was missing if her little sister saw her leaving w/ this POS. This is so very sad to think of what this child went through before her death.:( |

I'm from the area, so there were quite a few lengthy stories in the news. They never got into why the aunt had custody. The mother is alive but obviously there are serious issues with her too. |

Thank you. I was just curious as to why we haven't heard any news about her Parents. This Aunt doesn't seem to have been the best person to care for this child in my opinion at this time..I guess we will learn more as time goes by. I also wonder why he hasn't been charged w/ murder yet..or has he? I have only read where he has been charged w/ kidnapping at this point. |

What I don't get is how anyone can be blind enough to believe that a dangerous person who has already been arrested for crimes - and one that they know to be violent - is going to suddenly turn into a model citizen with a halo. Guess they believe that pixie dust and magic will change the person in an instant. Child molesters look for weak, low self-esteem people with children, like this guardian. The molester sees it as a way in to continue their behavior. No murder charges as of yet.
