Trustees said they can't approve a new contract with the New Waterford Fire Department until it sends them a "signed version." Fiscal Officer Pat Hoffmaster said Thursday that she didn't receive a revised version, noting New Waterford had asked for the Leetonia and Columbiana fire department contracts for the numbers.
