Judge Fines New Providence Property Owner $10,000

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ The owner of a multi-tenant commercial property was fined $10,000, with $7,500 of that amount suspended for violation of the borough's construction codes on Wednesday, Aug. 27. Standing before Municipal Court Judge Donald Bogosian, Global Realty owner Ronen Kashi pleaded guilty to the charge.
