The Washington County Commissioners approved Thursday the disbursement of several thousand dollars in senior levy money to the O'Neill Center in Marietta and Washington-Morgan Community Action.

Although only 37 people attended the four meetings the Washington County commissioners held outside their Marietta office last year, they said they will probably continue to meet throughout the county again this year.

After graduating Powhatan High School, she completed cosmetology school in Columbus.
