Why is not public information who ordained and consecrated this man? One of his followers, Carol Cowles, is the same woman who was named on the restraining order for Bishop Raymond Burke with felon Ryan Patrick Scott who fancies himself a bishop in Illinois and has "consecrated" Dennis McCormack currently under arrest in New York for pedophilia.
