Judged:

i left new ken in 1952,probably bettering the city.in the meantime i'mhaning a great life in southern calif.i remeber hanging out in all the afterhours clubs and boozing it up as afew of us alky sailors did.along with the booze there were always a few complaint women on hand.sorry to hear the city has fallen on such hard times.maybe we need to turn it over to the mafia again.
